INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS – AGREEMENTS

MARSEILLES (FRANCE) – BEIRUT (LEBANON)
Between the MARSEILLES PODIATRY SCHOOL and the LEBANESE GERMAN UNIVERSITY (LGU): ratified scientific co-operation agreement designed to facilitate and intensity scientific and educational exchanges, and develop co-operation between the two establishments. The agreement provides for the Marseilles Podiatry School to start contributing to LGU’s MASTER’S in PHYSIOTHERAPY (podiatric care).
MARSEILLES (FRANCE) – RABAT (MOROCCO)
Project (under development) concerning the provision of podiatric training as part of the Degree in Interventional Dermatology delivered by the Rabat Faculty of Medicine, Morocco, under the auspices of Professor Omar Sedrati and Professor F-Z Belgnaoui, Professor of Dermatology at CHU Ibn-Sina, President of the Moroccan Society of Aesthetic and Surgical Dermatology, Vice-Director of Interventional Dermatology at the Rabat Faculty of Medicine, Morocco.

Between the MARSEILLES PODIATRY SCHOOL and the RABAT FACULTY OF MEDICINE: exchanges between students of the Marseilles Podiatry School and medicine students concerning end-of-study dissertations, under the auspices of Professor N. HAJJAJ-HASSOUNI, Dean of the Rabat Faculty of Medicine, Morocco.

Between the MARSEILLES PODIATRY SCHOOL and the ESCOLA UNIVERSITARIA DE CIENCES DE LA SALUT ET PODOLOGIA (FUB): student exchange project (under development).

Between the MARSEILLES PODIATRY SCHOOL and the FUNDACIO JOSEP FINESTRES UNIVERSITAT DE BARCELONA: student exchange project (under development).
MARSEILLES (FRANCE) – MADRID (SPAIN)
Between the MARSEILLES PODIATRY SCHOOL and the UNIVERSIDAD COMPLUTENSE DE MADRID (UCM): student exchange project (under development).
MARSEILLES (FRANCE)
“CAPRI” RHEUMLATOLOGY NETWORK: agreement concerning the provision of podiatric input to the creation of the CAPRI network in the PACA region, with the aim of fostering earlier treatment of rheumatoid polyarthritis patients.

ANATOMICAL DISSECTIONS: tutored and commented work (subject to agreement of the Faculty of Medicine).

ADP PACA-CORSICA:
Meetings are organised by the Association pour le Développement de la Podologie (ADP) and are due to take place in Marseilles in 2009-2010 at the Timone children’s hospital (in the HE1 Amphitheatre on the first floor).
Free access. It is nevertheless appropriate for attendees to ensure their annual subscriptions are up to date (Students €15.00, Professionals, Podiatrists, Doctors, Surgeons, Physiotherapists €30). Each meeting ends with a buffet and exhibitions by laboratories.
